That’s why EmbryoCare has teamed up with the nurse support service at RedArc to offer their support to all Future Family and Life customers, at no added cost.
A Personal Nurse Adviser is assigned as soon as an individual is referred to RedArc via the EmbryoCare team, and the same nurse will stay in touch by phone for as long and as often as needed. Every Nurse Adviser is highly experienced and a fully qualified, registered nurse with a wide range of specialised knowledge, including paediatrics as well as general medical experience.

Your Personal Nurse Adviser can arrange a face-to-face second medical opinion appointment with a doctor in the NHS or UK private medical sector. This is included in the RedArc service and comes at no extra cost.

All Future Family and Life customers and their families have access to the nurse support service provided by RedArc. This also includes the father-to-be, and grandparents.
The service can be provided to both parents - jointly, or separately if required, because each persons concerns are different. RedArc says:
“We can find that couples have very different ways of coping with issues and can find it hard to work together, which adds another dimension of stress to an already very difficult situation.”

Your Personal Nurse Adviser can provide practical advice and emotional support for all scenarios covered by the EmbryoCare range of policies. This could include mothers-to-be experiencing maternity complications or concerns, families affected by stillbirth, babies born with serious health conditions or developed during infancy, and even the death of an infant.
There are no time limits to the telephone calls, nor any requirement to make a claim - this service is available to eligible customers from the moment of purchase.
